Contract: EPR Training Lead
Rate: £450 per day + VAT– Outside IR35
Location: South Yorkshire, Onsite and Remote
Duration: 3 months
Start: December 2023
We’re recruiting for a contract Training Lead to work with our client, an NHS Mental Health provider. In this assignment, you will be:
- Supporting us and our client on a Patient Administration System (PAS) & EPR Go-live onto Rio Version 23.02
- Executing a training strategy to incorporate both in-person and e-learning sessions dependent on the needs and abilities of the user groups
- Delivering training that’s tailored to individual user groups, their availability, and level of computer literacy
- Co-ordinating the team of trainers responsible for delivering the training
- Working closely with the Project Manager on cutover planning and floorwalker co-ordination
- Listening and learning the way the organisation works and quickly adjusting your approach accordingly
